IPMG Project Managers follow best practice project management principles by preparing comprehensive project management plans, facilitating specifications and tender documentation and managing contractors and sub-contractors to achieve timely presentation of deliverables and by effectively and discreetly where necessary, liaising with, and reporting to stakeholders on progress against agreed key performance indicators.
IPMG project managers have been involved in training across a number of organisations, both in in-house and consulting roles across Private and Public industry, Universities and TAFE. A number of the team members have experience with developing and facilitating training and lecturing regarding project management and other operational systems such as quality management and environmental management.
IPMG demonstrates significant experience in project management activities across infrastructure development in Australia and throughout the world.
